NJ Bluebird Festival - May 3, 2014

NEST!- Nurture Environmental Stewardship Today! a NJ based nonprofit 501( c )3 is hosting a Bluebird Festival in Plumsted Township, NJ. 

NEST! is partnering with the New Jersey Bluebird Society to bring participants multiple “Walks & Talks” on all things Bluebird.  There will be several scheduled “Walks & Talks” with Bluebird Experts at different outdoor trails and parks.   

In addition to our "Walks & Talks", there is also a “Birding by Boat” opportunity.  For either event, registration is required.  The Crosswicks-Doctors Creek Watershed Association (CDCWA) will be sponsoring the "Birding by Boat" portion.

LOCAL CAMPGROUND NEEDS ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT
Liberty Lake Campground in Mansfield Township (Burlington County), NJ faces potential detriment from a proposed warehouse plan on adjacent lands. While situate in the Crafts Creek Watershed, Liberty Lake Day Camp is a regional neighbor whose plight could just as well be ours.

We are a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit by virtue of our Certificate of Incorporation and our Bylaws. We made application to the IRS for determination of our tax-exempt status as a public charity.
