filling in and e-mailing the form.A separate form for each participant is required. At the bottom of the form, click PRINT to get a hard copy of the form with the participant's information on it. Then, click E-MAIL to CDCWA so that the we will receive a copy of the form data for our records. [ When you do this, your E-mail client application should automatically start, the form datafile should automatically attach, and there should be a pre-written "message" included in the body of the e-mail. Click SEND on your client application to actually e-mail the form datafile. If, for some reason, this doesn't work, simply PRINT a second copy and fax it to (609) 758-5708, or mail it in to the CDCWA, PO Box 175, New Egypt, NJ 08533-0175 -- Thank you! ]  Please select RACE or TOUR here in order to be billed for the proper amount. After your selection, click "Add to Cart". You will be directed to the Shopping Cart checkout section to complete your transaction. NOTE 1: You can pay for multiple registrations at once by adjusting the Quantity and clicking the Recalculate button on the Shopping Cart page. NOTE 2: If you have a Coupon Code, when on the Shopping Cart page, enter that code in the Coupon input box, and click the Validate button. FEE INFORMATION: For registrations
made through the website or manually from NOW through April 24, the fees are $35 for the RACE and $25
for the TOUR. If you register after April 24 and up to Event Day (May 1), the fees are $40 for the
RACE and $30 for the TOUR. Event Day registrations will only be
taken in-person at the event check-in table. [Cash, check, or credit card accepted.] )
WANT TO FLOAT BUT HAVE NO BOAT??? Arrangements have been made with Bel Haven Paddlesports of Green Bank, NJ (Atlantic County) to make canoe and kayak rentals available. If you need to rent a boat for our event, just use the selector and "Add to Cart" button below. Please, DO NOT CALL Bel Haven directly for anything regarding this event or rentals. NOTE 1: You can pay for multiple rentals at once by adjusting the Quantity and clicking the Recalculate button on the Shopping Cart page. NOTE 2: Rentals may be reserved now through April 28 only, as Bel Haven has requested the total count 48 hours before the event. NOTE 3: Renters MUST fill-in and sign a Waiver for Bel Haven Paddlesports. See RENTAL INFORMATION, below, for details. RENTAL INFORMATION: For 1-man Kayak, rental is $30. For 2-man Canoe, rental is $40. Rentals include paddles and personal flotation devices, as well as equipment pick-up at the terminus of the race or tour. You MUST fill-in and sign this Waiver for Bel Haven Paddlesports if you rent their boats; one Waiver per person being conveyed in the chosen boat. Bring the Waiver(s) with you on the event day.
